I was wondering about that, too. If this keeps going at the rate it has been, we'll be in trouble real fast.

Basically. Even if we catch someone every week, we'll run out of people sooner than later.

Even if only one person is killed, we'll still lose two people by the end of the week.

Yeah... And there's a chance that it might get worse and we'll be dealing with three people refracting and three people getting killed every week.

...It's good that we know some ways to help the refracted, but it'd be better if we knew how to stop it from happening in the first place.
